Visiting the Capital of the Great State of Texas...
Right after Christmas Jeremy and I got away just the two of us for five whole days! We went to Austin to hang out and visit some friends. We had an awesome time shopping, going to the movies, visiting the state capital building,
seeing where Jen's family settled, hanging out with our friends and Jeremy's brother, Caleb, and eating awesome BBQ in Elgin, TX! We got much needed rest. It was awesome!
Christmas out West!
After celebrating Christmas in Dallas we headed west to celebrate the holidays with Jeremy's family. The kids are trying to figure out how Santa delivers them presents several different times in the same month! We enjoyed decorating another gingerbread house and seeing all the cousins.
Christmas in Dallas!
We had a great time celebrating Christmas in Dallas with Jen's parents. The kids had fun decorating a gingerbread house. Emma Grace just wanted to eat the frosting! They each got a side of the roof to decorate. It's amazing to see their personalities come out! Joshua's side was even and spaced just right and Emma Grace's side was, well..., more on the artsy side!
