We had a special party here Friday night. I knew it was the perfect opportunity to make those stuffed mushrooms I've been eyeing over on Pioneer Woman's food blog. The only changes I made were ground beef and bacon instead of ground sausage (I've never found ground sausage here in Africa). They were incredible!
